Terms of Service
Governing the operation of our primary website, Discord bot hosting, web hosting, colocation, domain registrations, client portal (portal.infrahost.com.au), and official Discord server under Australian law.
1. Main Site Terms (infrahost.com.au)
Applies to all visitors, guests, and users browsing our primary domain and network testing tools.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms & Business Identity
By accessing or using infrahost.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable Australian federal and state laws, and regulations. InfraHost operates as an Australian business under ABN 67 545 081 521 (LEON WILLIAM JOHNSON).
1.2 Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
All trademarks, graphics, code, and documentation displayed on this website are the property of InfraHost unless otherwise noted. FortiGate® and Fortinet® are registered trademarks of Fortinet, Inc. Discord® is a registered trademark of Discord Inc. DirectAdmin® and cPanel® belong to their respective trademark holders.
1.3 Network Looking Glass & Diagnostic Usage
Our network testing tools (network.infrahost.com.au) are provided solely for evaluating connection latency, speed tests, and BGP routing performance. Automated scripting or abuse of network diagnostic endpoints to cause denial-of-service will result in an immediate IP ban.
2. Discord Bot Hosting Terms & Container Policy
Applies strictly to compute instances, Pterodactyl container allocations, and bot runtime execution.
2.1 Acceptable Bot Code & Resource Limits
Bot instances run inside isolated container resource limits (RAM, vCPU, NVMe storage). Clients are prohibited from executing malicious, illegal, or abusive code including, but not limited to:
- Token logging, phishing scripts, raid bots, or self-bot automation strictly violating Discord's Developer Terms of Service.
- DDoS launching, port scanning, or network probing originating from container nodes.
- Cryptocurrency mining or background worker scripts attempting to unlawfully bypass vCPU thread allocations.
2.2 FortiGate® DDoS Mitigation & Network Protection
All bot containers operate behind physical FortiGate® firewall appliances. If an individual bot target triggers severe, un-scrubbed volumetric attack traffic exceeding hardware threshold limits, InfraHost reserves the right to isolate or temporarily filter the target socket to protect neighboring nodes, provided the customer is notified promptly.
2.3 Dedicated IPv4 Allocations
Dedicated Sydney IPv4 addresses assigned to bot containers remain the exclusive property of InfraHost. Dedicated IPs assigned to cancelled or unpaid accounts will be reclaimed after a 48-hour cure period.
3. Web Hosting Package Terms
Governing shared web hosting accounts, DirectAdmin/cPanel environments, and domain mailboxes.
3.1 Content & Storage Policy
Web hosting plans are intended for active website files (HTML, PHP, CSS, JS, database records) and associated corporate mailboxes. Unlicensed file distribution repositories, copyright-infringement mirrors, or automated media streaming servers are strictly prohibited on shared web nodes.
3.2 Spam & SMTP Mailbox Limits
Outbound email transmission across all web hosting packages is monitored to maintain clean IP sender reputation across Australian ISPs. Transmitting unsolicited commercial bulk email (SPAM) in violation of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) will result in immediate SMTP port suspension.
3.3 Automated Backups & Data Responsibility
While InfraHost maintains daily off-site NVMe backups for disaster recovery, clients retain primary responsibility for maintaining independent off-site copies of their web databases and website source code.
4. Sydney Colocation & auDA Domain Terms
Applies to datacenter rack footprint, hardware smart-hands, and auDA wholesale domain registrations.
4.1 Datacenter Access & Physical Hardware
Physical server colocation inside our Sydney carrier footprint operates under strict Equinix and tier-III facility security protocols. Customer hardware must comply with Australian electrical safety standards (AS/NZS 3000). On-site smart-hands hardware interventions are logged and scheduled via support portal request.
4.2 Domain Registrations & auDA Compliance
Domain name registrations (specifically .au and .com.au TLDs) are governed by auDA (.au Domain Administration Limited) mandatory eligibility rules. Registrants must supply a valid ABN or ACN during checkout. Domain fees are non-refundable once successfully registered with the central registry.
5. Client Portal (portal.infrahost.com.au) & Discord Community Terms
Governing user account registration, billing, and official Discord community server participation.
5.1 Portal Account Registration & Discord Linking
Clients registering on portal.infrahost.com.au must provide accurate identification details. Linking an active Discord account is required for single sign-on (SSO), community access, and automated Pterodactyl container provisioning.
5.2 Pricing, Currency & Tax Status
All service prices are quoted and charged transparently in Australian Dollars (AUD). InfraHost (ABN 67 545 081 521) is currently not registered for GST; therefore, invoices do not include GST components. Any future tax adjustments will be communicated with at least 30 days prior written notice.
5.3 Official Discord Community Server Rules
Participation in the official InfraHost Discord community server (discord.gg/AtDukWgBUm) is subject to strict community standards. Unlawful harassment, spamming staff members, or attempting social engineering will result in removal from the Discord guild and potential ticket support restriction.
5.4 Cancellations, Cure Periods & Unfair Contract Protections
In accordance with Australian Unfair Contract Term (UCT) laws, either party may terminate standard monthly billing contracts prior to the renewal date. If a service issue occurs, InfraHost will provide reasonable opportunity to remedy the service before taking adverse account action.
